After a successful first “In My Elements” retreat, the team is back again with the “In My Elements” fall edition featuring 2-part covid testing and active safety measures. On September 25th - 28th we gather in Northeastern, PA to reconnect and vibe!
This edition “In My Elements” will follow the same 2-part Covid testing model and we are happy to share that we had ZERO reported cases of IME attendees testing positive after the summer retreat! The good news keeps coming, with advancements in testing technology and testing now free nationwide, we are able to bring down the total ticket price by $150! We believe that encouraging testing and discovering asymptomatic COVID-19 cases helps to #stopthespread.
Part 1: The week leading up to the retreat, guests will take a test at one of our certified testing locations in multiple cities. Results will be reported prior to the retreat. Although testing kits may vary depending on your location, our preferred test is the Mako Medical TaqPath COVID-19 Combo Assay with 100% PPA and 100% NPA. At home mail-in tests are available as an add-on to your ticket for an additional fee.
Part 2: When guests arrive on site, their cars will be guided into distanced parking spaces where they will take an active COVID-19 rapid test. Results will be received in about 30 minutes and guests will be directed into the event grounds. This test will be a Sofia 2 SARS Antigen FIA with 96.7% PPA and 100% NPA sensitivity, manufactured by Quidel.
If there's another lockdown, or the gathering is cancelled for any reason we will be issuing full, automatic refunds of all tickets and credit card fees, no questions asked.
This time around we’ll be dancing the weekend away to a stacked lineup of your favorite house DJs, lineup dropping soon! When you need a break from the dance floor you can unwind with a meditation or yoga session, embrace your inner child with some arts & crafts, or watch the sunrise around the campfire with your best friends! The retreat will be kept at a limited capacity and tickets will go fast!
