MARK THE BEAST.
Mark The Beast, a 26 year old guitar and piano prodigy turned bass producer, is seriously crushing it. Relocated in 2012 from his hometown of Albany, NY to his current residence in Brooklyn, Mark has been unleashing serious studio damage. From producing hip hop beats for the likes of Prodigy of Mobb Deep, crafting soundbeds for commercials and movies, and engineering tracks for a huge range of musicians and vocalists, Mark has a lot of irons in a lot of fires. His first release was a collaboration with Excision and Downlink called Go Low. He hooked up with drum and bass legend Dieselboy and remixed anthems from Sinister Souls and Bro Safari + UFO. They then collaborated on music with the bass super producers Downlink, Mayhem, and Counterstrike. One of the tracks “Carcosa” hit #1 on the Beatport Dubstep chart. After releasing on Dieselboy’s bass label Subhuman, Mark went on to drop huge releases on Downlink’s Uplink Audio imprint. The biggest single “Breathe” was featured on UKF’s 2015 Dubstep compilation. No small feat. Looking forward, Mark is joining the lineup for 2016’s heavy hitting “Blood Sweat and Bass” tour with an impressive roster of djs. Only a few years in the game and Mark has his sights set on worldwide domination. Watch your bass bins…

BEARDTHUG
Beardthug is made up of two producers both chasing one common goal: To turn your favorite genre upside down. Hailing from a broad spectrum of musical backgrounds, beardthug brings the familiar festival bass sound to the table but always with a unique twist. Even in their home city of Providence, Rhode Island, the beardthug boys don’t just show up for a “DJ Set”. They incorporate Ableton, guitars, synths, drumpads, turntables and mics into every one of their performances. Beardthug’s sold out debut show opening for Borgore earlier this year seems to foreshadow the sincerity and passion for bass music both guys can’t help but resonate on and off the stage.
